Jason Arnopp is a British scriptwriter and novelist. Born in East
Anglia, he spent time as a rock journalist before devoting himself to
fiction. Stormhouse (2011) is his
debut feature. Before that, he scripted a 24-minute short named Ghost
Writer (2009) for the UK-based TAPS organisation, among other shorts.
Outside of film, he is known for his work in the world of TV's Doctor
Who, having written various BBC audio books (including 2011's The
Gemini Contagion) and other official fiction for that range. In 2005,
Arnopp also wrote the tie-in novel Friday The 13th: Hate-Kill-Repeat
for New Line Cinema.
