Elizabeth's first screenplay, THE EVENING HOUR, premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival in the U.S. Dramatic Competition. Later acquired by Strand Releasing, it opened in theaters domestically and on-demand in August 2021. Palmore penned an independent biopic about Gene Roddenberry, the creator of Star Trek, and adapted a young adult novel to the screen for Adaptive Studios. Elizabeth got her start in physical production, where she assisted directors, producers, and actors, most notably Daniel Day-Lewis during LINCOLN and Kathleen Kennedy during her first year at Lucasfilm as President. Elizabeth earned her MFA in Playwriting from San Francisco State University. Her plays have been recognized as finalists in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival and the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival. Upon completing her graduate degree, Elizabeth worked at Pixar Animation Studios for three years in their Human Resources department. It was...educational. Elizabeth was recently accepted into the 2021 Sundance Episodic Lab and is currently developing a drama series about a Death Doula. A Virginia native, Elizabeth lives in Los Angeles with her husband. She is repped by The Gersh Agency.
