Scott Bender was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He has always be an adventurer - between traveling with his family and going to summer camps in Wisconsin and Minnesota, he knew there was much to explore in this world. Scott got into acting while at one of these summer camps, partially because he truly enjoyed being on stage, and partially because he knew that the camp play was performed at the girls camp across the lake, and they also go to to stop at McDonalds on their way back. He has been performing ever since.
Scott graduated from University of Colorado-Boulder with a degree in Film and slowly made his way to Los Angeles after a 4 month backpacking trip through the Middle-East, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia. Traveling has always been a part of life for Scott and he has been to over 32 countries, most of which he goes on his own. After a trip to South America and hiking Machu Picchu he came back and started his own food and travel show called Locals Only. Since then he's road tripped North America and Central America, backpacked Europe, and went scuba diving in the caves of Tulum among many more adventures.
Since his first role as Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls when he was 13, Scott has been an actor. But also a person who truly enjoys life and the adventures within. His motto is "Be kind. Adventure often."
