Johnny Remo
Has worn many hats in the entertainment field and still does. He has worked as a successful actor in Stage, TV, and Films including the Award-Winning play, "Just Roommates" that was also written by Johnny, the Emmy Award winning daytime show, "One Life to Live", "All My Children" and Steven Spielberg's, "Innerspace".
Johnny has also produced over 15 features, while writing and directing 7 of them. He recently produced "Monstrous" starring Christina Ricci and "The Chariot", starring John Malkovich, Rosa Salazar, and Thomas Mann. F.R.E.D.I. which won the "Best of Fest" at the Bentonville Film Festival, founded by Geena Davis and "Max Winslow and the House of Secrets". He has produced for such people as Debra Hill, producer of "Escape from New York", "Fisher King", and "Escape from LA", and Robert Simonds, producer of "The Spy Next Door", "Pink Panther", "Happy Gilmore", and "The Dog Who Saved Easter" for Lionsgate.
After successfully producing for other people Johnny started his own Production Company, SkipStone Pictures in 2008. As a filmmaker Johnny has co-written, produced, and directed feature films "A Letter to Dad", "Cutback", "Hardflip", "Like A Country Song", "Saved By Grace", and F.R.E.D.I. all were produced by SkipStone Pictures and all awarded 5 Doves from The Dove Foundation, along with multiple awards in several categories.
After distributing his own films, he started SkipStone Cinema, the distribution arm of SkipStone Pictures and has an output deal with Sony Pictures.
