It’s been 16 years since the release of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, the beloved 2008 romantic comedy that marked the directorial debut of Abbas Tyrewala and the acting debut of Imran Khan, nephew of Aamir Khan. To celebrate this milestone, the cast reunited via a special video where they sang the iconic song “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” from Manmohan Desai’s 1973 film Aa Gale Lag Jaa.
Shared on Thursday by Aamir Khan Productions’ official social media handles, the video features the primary cast members singing the song. Imran Khan, who played Jai in the film, leads the rendition, lying on a beach in a white t-shirt topped with a red-and-blue shirt. Genelia D’Souza, who portrayed Aditi, follows, wearing an olive green jacket over a black top with silver hoops in her hair tied back. Manjari Fadnis, known as Meghna in the film, joins in from her room in a yellow dress.
