Die Ard testete zuletzt diverse neue Formate auf dem Freitags-Slot um 20.15 Uhr. Die Einschaltquoten von „Kanzlei Liebling Kreuzberg“ von Odeon Fiction im Auftrag der Degeto waren so gut, dass es dort jetzt weitergeht.

Nach dem erfolgreichen Start der Neuauflage „Kanzlei Liebling Kreuzberg“ auf dem Sendeplatz „Endlich Freitag im Ersten“, der mit 3,8 Millionen Zuschauenden und 16,3 Prozent Marktanteil erfolgte, gehen am heutigen Dienstag die Dreharbeiten des zweiten Films mit dem Arbeitstitel „Recht vs. Gerechtigkeit“ zu Ende.

Unter der Regie von Andreas Menck („Club der roten Bänder“) und nach dem Drehbuch von Andrej Sorin, der bereits den ersten Teil der Neuauflage schrieb, starteten am 15. Oktober in Berlin Kreuzberg die Dreharbeiten zum zweiten Film.

In der „Endlich Freitag im Ersten“-Reihe gibt es mit „Feuerwehrfrauen“ und „Kanzlei Liebling Kreuzberg“ zwei neue spannende Reihen im Herbst, die jetzt ihre linearen und non-linearen Starttermine erhalten haben.

Während ein Format wie „Toni, männlich, Hebamme“ in der „Endlich Freitag im Ersten“-Reihe mit den letzten beiden Filmen im August zu Ende geht, fangen zwei neue Formate im September gerade an, frisch durchzustarten. Dabei handelt es sich um „Feuerwehrfrauen“ und „Kanzlei Liebling Kreuzberg“.

Der erste Film „Feuerwehrfrauen: Phönix aus der Asche“ von Degeto und Krebs & Krappen Film läuft am 13. September, ist vorab schon ab 11. September in der Ard-Mediathek zu finden. Nach den Impro-Serien „Das Begräbnis“ und „Das Fest der Liebe“ hat Jan Georg Schütte nun deren Fortsetzung „Die Hochzeit“ inszeniert, die jetzt in drei Tagen in Tirol gedreht wurde.

An drei Tagen sind jetzt die sechs 30-minütigen Folgen der Serie „Die Hochzeit“ (At) gedreht worden. Wie schon bei den Vorgängern „Das Begräbnis“ und „Das Fest der Liebe“ hat Jan Georg Schütte Darsteller wie Martin Brambach, Luise von Finckh, Lena Klenke, Anja Kling, Gustav Schmidt und Devid Striesow inszeniert. Neu an Bord vor der Kamera waren Josephine Bloéb, Felix Kreutzer, Tobias Moretti, Felix Oitzinger und Sonja Romei. Sie alle erhielten für die Impro-Serie Beschreibungen ihrer Rollen und agierten vor der Kamera ohne ausformuliertes Drehbuch.

Exclusive: Jörg Winger and his Sam – A Saxon co-creator Tyron Ricketts believe the time is now right to tell the story of East Germany’s first Black policeman after a near-20-year period of shopping the project.

Disney+’s Sam – A Saxon, which was the streamer’s first German greenlight, spotlights Samuel Meffire, a former bricklayer who became the first elite East German policeman of African descent in the 1980s, where he went from diversity poster boy to being on the wrong side of the law. The six-part political-thriller, which follows Odeon’s AMC+ series Spy City with Dominic Cooper, recounts the rise of Germany’s Federal Republic after the terror of World War II. It focuses on a young woman who struggles to find her own place in a male-dominated society in the 1950s and the political tug-of-war between German’s two rival intelligence services.

“Vienna Blood” is set to spill on the BBC after the U.K. pubcaster picked up the Austrian-set crime thriller, which is based on the best-selling Liebermann novels by Frank Tallis. Steve Thompson, whose writing credits include the BBC’s “Sherlock” and Fox’s international thriller “Deep State,” penned the series.

Starring Matthew Beard (“The Imitation Game”), and Juergen Maurer (“Tatort”), “Vienna Blood” is set in 1900s Vienna, a hot bed of philosophy, science and art.

Max Liebermann (Beard) is a brilliant young English doctor, studying under psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud. He meets Oskar Rheinhardt (Maurer), an Austrian detective and the pair go on to tackle some of Vienna’s most mysterious and deadly cases.

Exclusive: The Imitation Game’s Matthew Beard is to front a European remake of Frank Tallis novels Vienna Blood, produced by Endor Productions, the company behind Mark Strong-fronted drama Deep State.

Endor has partnered with Mr Film and Red Arrow Studios International on the three-part series, which has been commissioned by Germany’s Zdf and Austria’s Orf.

Jericho and Sherlock writer Steve Thompson is adapting the series into three feature-length episodes with Robert Dornhelm (Anne Frank: The Whole Story) and Umut Dag (Cracks in Concrete) directing.
