- Additional Crew
A Persian-American originally from the South, Linda graduated with a journalism degree from the University of Georgia. Thanks to her mentor, a professor who was former FBI, she was recruited by the Bureau and went as far as their Atlanta office before her love for writing won out. Instead of heading to Quantico, she bee-lined for NYC and then Los Angeles, where she used her skills to write and produce a wide variety of compelling real life stories for which she's received several awards.
As a working non-fiction writer her watershed moment came when she tried her hand at fiction. Her first screenplay Unforgettable You, about a reporter who suspects a mysterious novelist has been stealing peoples' dreams for his stories and driving them insane in the process; was a Finalist at Shriekfest.
Since then Linda has found her niche writing true crime even as she pursues her passion... combining her interest in law enforcement and how the mind works with her love of storytelling to craft screenplays and teleplays about imperfect heroes determined to help others even as they struggle to help themselves.
