In July 2016, she photographed a 70-year-old woman nude while changing in the locker room of an LA Fitness gym. She posted the photo on Snapchat with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either". Mathers said she meant to send it to one other person, but mistakenly posted it for all of her followers. The gym alerted the Los Angeles Police Department when they became aware of the photo. She pled no contest in May 2017 to misdemeanor invasion of privacy and was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to complete 30 hours of graffiti removal service.
