As we approach the final episode of Agatha All Along, many mysteries have been solved, and we now know the identities of several characters that were unclear when the show first began.
One of the biggest mysteries was who Aubrey Plaza’s character, Rio Vidal, really is. Fans initially thought she might be Mephisto’s son, Blackheart, but her true identity was revealed first through a Marvel merchandise leak and then in the show itself.
Rio Vidal is actually the original Green Witch, Death. Her role in the show is still unclear, but we know she joined the coven on the Witches Road to harvest their bodies, which she mentioned in episode 4.
Rio has an interesting history with Agatha; they were once lovers but are now enemies. However, this part of their story hasn’t been explained yet. This is quite different from Death’s story in the comics.

We’re getting closer to the final episode of ‘Agatha All Along,’ and most of the cards on the table have been revealed, uncovering the identities of the characters that presented quite the mystery when the show first started airing.
One of the biggest mysteries was the identity of Aubrey Plaza’s Rio Vidal. Fans first assumed that she might be Mephisto’s gender-bent son, Blackheart until eventually her identity was first revealed by a Marvel merch leak, and ultimately by the show.
As it turns out Rio Vidal is the original Green Witch, Death. Her purpose in the show is still a mystery however all we know is that she joined the coven on the Witches Road to harvest their bodies, something she revealed back in episode 4.

In 2010, AMC Networks premiered The Walking Dead, an apocalyptic series that aired for 12 years across 11 seasons. Based on the comics created by Robert Kirkman, the series became wildly popular, beyond what anyone could have imagined, and has inspired other series within the genre.
The Walking Dead has been praised for its earliest and final seasons, with mixed reviews for its seventh and eighth seasons. While it is set in an undead apocalypse, the stories revolve around the survivors and their experiences after the outbreak occurred. Many viewers note this is why the series became so popular.
Long-standing cast members for the series include Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs, Melissa McBride, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Josh McDermitt, Christian Serratos, Seth Gilliam, Ross Marquand, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Several of these characters' stories have continued in the long line of spinoffs of the main series. Let's check out some...

Agatha All Along just premiered episode 7, and it might be the best one yet. This episode is filled with numerous revelations, some heart-wrenching and others shrouded in mystery.
The spotlight was on Lilia Calderu, a character we know to be a master divinator. As such, she had to face the Trial of Time.
The episode aimed for a successful card reading before time ran out. Throughout the episode, we learn that Lilia has been living her life out of sequence since childhood, and this disorientation has resurfaced recently.
Lilia’s first “time skip” occurred during Billy Kaplan’s Bar Mitzvah when she cast a sigil on him, shortly before he tragically died in a car accident and was then merged (or replaced?) with reincarnated Billy Maximoff.
To successfully complete the trial, Lilia needed to determine the positions of the coven members on the board, and sadly, she had to come...

‘Agatha All Along’ just released episode 7, and it was perhaps the best yet. The episode has seen plenty of revelations, some heartbreaking and some once again mysterious in nature.
The focus of the episode was on Lilia Calderu. We already knew that she was a master divinator, and as such the Trial of Time was her to complete.
The goal of the episode was to undergo a successful card reading until time ran out. We found out over the course of the episode that Lilia has been living her life out of sequence in her childhood, which started happening again in recent times.
The first time (that we know of) that Lilia experienced this “time skip” was when she met Billy Kaplan during his Bar Mitzvah when she cast a sigil on him and before the boy tragically passed away in a car accident only to be merged (or replaced?...

No one knows how to make your mediocre job performance sting like a curmudgeonly co-worker at their wit’s end. They seem to know when you’re at your lowest point, then twist the knife to make you feel worse about not having the spoons to deal with tasks and unfinished projects. In Prime Video‘s Invincible Season 3 teaser trailer, Cecil (Walton Goggins) reads Mark (Steven Yeun) the riot act for botching a clean-up job for a group of criminal scum before reprimanding him for a laundry list of questions about why he’s slacking off. Like I said, no one gives you guff like a pissed-off co-worker.
Thankfully, Invincible Season 3 debuts on February 6, 2025, and there’s no mid-season break to give fans a reason to keyboard warrior their way through a period of impatience. Do you know how long it takes to produce an animated series? Exactly.

Update: Pretty soon after news of this leak broke, Amazon Prime video released the teaser for Invincible season 3 in question, and everything was on point: new episodes start airing on Thursday, February 6, and there will be no mid-season break.
Original Article: The first couple seasons of Invincible, Amazon Prime Video's adaptation of Robert Kirkman's superhero comic book series, have been great: earnest and subversive, hyper-violent and densely layered, they've quickly earned a passionate fan following.
The problem has been the wait times. Over two years passed between the end of season 1 and the airing of season 2, and then we only got four episodes of season 2 before the show went on hiatus for another three+ months before we got to see the other four. Kirkman has gone on record as saying that the long waits have "sucked"; since the second and third seasons were made back to back, the hope...

Red Skull Actor Down to See Captain America Make MCU Return on One Condition - Main Image
Although MCU fans got to see Chris Evans return in Deadpool and Wolverine for a brief cameo, there's a chance he could still make his return to the franchise as Captain America and Red Skull actor Ross Marquand knows exactly how.
Chris Evan's Captain America Could Still Be of Use in the MCU Post-Endgame
Since Robert Downey Jr. made his official announcement of returning to the MCU to hail a villainous role (Doctor Doom), fans have been wondering whether Chris Evans could potentially get the same treatment.
While the Deadpool threequel did get to showcase Evans reprising his Fantastic Four role as Johnny Storm aka Human Torch, it was too short-lived to make it memorable enough for longtime Marvel fans. So, is there a chance for the Cap's comeback?

Jon Bernthal ducked out of "The Walking Dead" at the right time (the end of season 2). He stayed on long enough to prove his talent without winding up tied down to the show. Of the series' original main cast, Bernthal has also had easily the most prolific film and television career since.
One of his most popular roles was in another comic book-based television series: Frank Castle/The Punisher on "Daredevil," and then a two season "Punisher" spin-off. Bernthal's Punisher is easily the highlight of "Daredevil" season 2; the season suffers whenever it pivoted to the less compelling Elektra/Hand storyline (Elodie Yung never steals a scene like Bernthal does). Even with the controversies surrounding the Punisher character, Marvel Studios has chosen to bring Bernthal back for revival series "Daredevil: Born Again." Welcome back, Frank!
In a funny coincidence, Bernthal is not the only "Walking Dead" alum to have played the Punisher.

Avengers: Infinity War premiered quite some time ago but remains one of the most acclaimed and popular comic book films ever.
While it stood out as a significant movie on its own, it also set the stage for Endgame, which transformed the Marvel Cinematic Universe and marked the end of an era, leading to both high points and challenges in the narrative that followed.
Though the film delivered a lot, some scenes were left out of the final version—either as deleted extras or never filmed at all.
Recently, we learned that an epic idea was pitched to the directors, but the Russo Brothers ultimately decided against it, leaving fans without an incredible moment that could have altered the MCU’s landscape.

Avengers: Infinity War premiered a long time ago, but it is still considered to be one of the best and most popular comic book movies of all time. Infinity War was a massive standalone thing, but it also paved the way for Endgame, the movie that changed the game for Marvel and the MCU, ending an era and changing the state of the universe’s narrative going forward, and that “forward” had its good and bad moments.
But, while we saw a lot in that movie, there are some scenes that did not make it into the final cut, either ending up as deleted extras or never being filmed at all.
Based on a recent confirmation, we found out that an epic idea was pitched to the directors, but the Russo Brothers ultimately rejected it, denying us of an epic meet-up that would have shaken the foundations of the MCU.

A few months ago, we reported a rumor about a specific Captain America project in development.
According to a well-known leaker, a limited series centered on Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers was being planned. The series would focus on Captain America’s journey to return the Infinity Stones to their rightful places in time after the events of the Time Heist.
Some fans speculated that this show could be connected to the upcoming Avengers: Secret Wars. Those unhappy with Sam Wilson taking on the Captain America mantle have been calling for Chris Evans’ return. However, Endgame left few options for reintroducing the character, aside from a variant version.
This limited series could satisfy a vocal segment of the community and would make narrative sense, as it would explore events before Steve Rogers created the alternate timeline.
Since then, we hadn’t heard much about the show and assumed the rumor was largely unfounded.

Marvel Studios has experienced a lot of success in 2024, bouncing back after 2023, which was a pretty lacklustre year for all involved. Joss Whedon's large-scale action picture "Avengers: Age of Ultron" was released in theaters in the spring of 2015, and it featured a gaggle of Marvel superheroes teaming up to fight the eponymous evil super-robot. Ultron (voiced by James Spader) was an artificial intelligence accidentally created by Iron Man while he was constructing a global, spacebound security system intended to make superhero-ing easier. Upon achieving consciousness, Ultron spends about two minutes on the internet and instantly decided that humanity needed to be wiped out, shunting its own consciousness into a series of robot bodies and going about its wicked business. The Avengers, naturally, smash up all the Ultron bots.
Ultron is destroyed at the end of that film and has only shown up in additional Marvel Cinematic Universe entries in smaller roles since then, including the animated TV show "What If...?" However, Spader will reportedly reprise Ultron for the upcoming "WandaVision...

Paul Bettany will soon be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, reprising his role as the Vision, last seen in "WandaVision," in a new TV series centered around the android hero. The first bit of truly exciting news about the project came a few days ago when it was confirmed that the Vision TV series will also see James Spader return to the MCU as Ultron, the robot archnemesis of the Avengers and the Vision's creator.
Spader last appeared as Ultron in writer/director Joss Whedon's 2015 MCU bow-out, "Avengers: Age of Ultron." (Ultron also showed up in the animated series "What If...?" but was voiced by Marvel's go-to understudy Ross Marquand.)
The movie took some liberties with his character, making Tony Stark Ultron's creator, not Hank Pym, and instilling the villain with his "dad's" snarky sense of humor. Spader's performance, though, was rightfully praised. Ultron and Vision's final scene,...

Much like The Boys, Amazon’s Invincible managed to become a hit. This animated adaptation of a popular comic is based on a similar principle of parodying mainstream American superhero comics, providing us with a wholly different perspective on what we are used to as far as superheroes are concerned.
And while it is an animated series, the series managed to attract a lot of attention and it became one of Amazon’s most popular series in more ways than one, as it attracted a large audience and also created a very large and devoted fandom. This is why it is one of the most interesting and followed series today.
In light of that, fans had been worried that the incredible 2.5-year gap between Seasons 1 and 2 would repeat itself, but several sources claim that Season 3 of Invincible is coming soon and that the dreaded gap won’t be repeating itself...

Invincible fans endured a torturous two-year wait for Season 2, but their patience was ultimately rewarded. Good news for those dreading another endless hiatus, it looks like the creators have finally heard the prayers. With Season 3 potentially on the horizon sooner rather than later, it seems the wait for more superhero action might not be as excruciating this time around.

A key voice actor from Invincible Season 3 teased when fans can watch new episodes and what the story may revolve around. Amazon Prime has also revealed the first look at Mark Grayson's blue and black superhero suit during Sdcc weekend!
One of the biggest letdowns of Invincible Season 2 was not only the massive two-and-a-half-year gap between the first and second outings but also how Season 2 had a break in the middle of it. This leaves fans anxious about when they’ll be able to watch Season 3.
Showrunner Simon Racioppa told The Direct that the wait for Season 3 "will not be the same between [seasons] 1 and 2." And then recently, Invincible Ross Marquand indicated that the third season will debut in early 2025.

There was a significant gap between the first and second seasons of Prime Video's Invincible, with the show originally launching on March 25, 2021 and not returning until November 3, 2023.
Even then, the series was criticised for splitting season 2 in half, with the first batch of episodes ending in November and not returning until March 2024. Now, though, one of the show's lead stars has shared their belief that the wait for season 3 will be quite a bit shorter.
Talking at Galaxy Con, What If...? and Avengers: Endgame star Ross Marquand, who voices The Immortal, Aquarus, Rudy Connors, and various others, shared what he knows about Invincible's future.
"Invincible Season 3, we're almost wrapped on that," the actor teased (via Toonado.com). "I don't want to speak because Robert would be like, 'Don't tell people anything because we don't know.' But I have a feeling it's probably going to be early next year.

Invincible is one of the most critically acclaimed animated shows on television, so it’s no surprise that Prime Video and the team behind the show are mounting an Emmy campaign in the hopes that the series will be recognized at the awards ceremony for the best in the best of television.
We at FandomWire got to sit down with Invincible creator Robert Kirkman to discuss the show’s explosive season 2, why he thinks less familiar forms of animation like Invincible deserve the spotlight, and even a little bit about what fans should expect from the upcoming season 3.

The season 1 finale of Marvel Studios' acclaimed animated series, X-Men '97, hit Disney+ last Wednesday, and the events of "Tolerance is Extinction - Part 3" may have given us a pretty good idea of which characters will be undergoing a major personality change when the show returns for its second season.
If you haven't watched the episode yet, spoilers follow.
In the closing moments of the drama-filled finale, the team managed to defeat Bastion and prevent Asteroid M from destroying the planet, but the heroes ended up being transported through time in the process (by who or what remains to be seen).
Xavier (Ross Marquand), Magneto (Matthew Waterson), Rogue (Lenore Zann), Nightcrawler (Adrian Hough), and Beast (George Buza) find themselves in Egypt in the year 3,000 B.C., where they encounter a younger En Sabah Nur (Adetokumboh M'Cormack); while Jean Grey (Jennifer Hale) and Cyclops (Ray Chase) land way into the future in the year 3960 A.

Spoilers for "X-Men '97" follow.
Rejoice, my X-Fans, for your theories have prevailed.
The "X-Men '97" season 1 finale, the three-part epic "Tolerance is Extinction," ended in shocking fashion. The big bad Bastion sent Asteroid M on a collision course with Earth, deciding to force humanity into extinction rather than evolution. Professor X, unable to not see the good in Magneto, even after his frenemy's torturous attack on Wolverine, pulls Erik back to the light with a telepathic therapy session. The X-Men, once more including Magneto, save the world. But then they vanish, pulled through time to the past, future (Cyclops and Jean), and parts unrevealed. The past X-Men, stranded in Egypt, circa 3000 BC, meet a grey-skinned mutant that fans will certainly recognize.
As is Marvel tradition, there's also post-credits scene revealing that, while the X-Men are scattered across time, an old foe is rearing his head. In the present, En Sabah Nur's future self,...

Before crafting the likes of Thanos and Killmonger, who are often considered some of the top Cbm villains, the MCU often struggled to get their villains right, which was apparent in their initial phases. However, the biggest exception during the cinematic giant’s early years was Red Skull, played by Hugo Weaving, who did an impeccable job playing the Hydra head.
Unfortunately, despite having a blast playing the character, Weaving didn’t return to reprise the role in Avengers: Infinity War and was replaced by The Walking Dead star Ross Marquand. Although The Matrix star has cited paycheck disputes as the reason for not returning in Infinity War and Endgame, economics doesn’t seem to be the lone reason behind his absence.

In the post-apocalyptic horror world of The Walking Dead, relationships can be fleeting and rare. The latter is best known for leading The Avengers, and with everything this world's mutants are going through - including Magneto seemingly declaring war on humanity - could a clash between them and the X-Men be on the horizon?
Talking to ComicBook.com (via Toonado.com), Professor X actor Ross Marquand shared his belief that there's "a real chance" the two teams go head-to-head in an animated adaptation of Avengers vs. X-Men.
"You saw what happened in the last episode [with] Rogue and Captain America," Marquand started. "There's a real chance that that could happen. He can't fly. Captain can't fly. She threw that in the side of a snowy mountain."
"I'm sure it's lodged in there 50 feet deep. He ain't gonna find that shield," he joked. "It's not like Mjolnir where...

The MCU seems to have hit a rough patch lately with its movies. But things have been more positive on the TV side, with WandaVision, Loki, and Moon Knight garnering universal acclaim. The latest win for the franchise takes the form of X-Men ’97, a continuation of the classic animated X-Men series from 1997.
The show has been praised by fans and critics for staying true to the spirit of the original series while also feeling modern and fresh. In a recent episode, X-Men ’97 pulled off an important scene that could have major repercussions, not just for its characters but the MCU as a whole. In fact, a recent interview with one of the cast members of the show hinted at how the scene could lead to a showdown between the X-Men and the Avengers.

Spoilers for "X-Men '97" follow.
You may not remember that the original "X-Men" cartoon from 1992 kicked off a flurry of '90s Marvel cartoons sometimes known as "The Marvel Animated Universe." This universe is less well known than the contemporary DC Animated Universe ("Batman: The Animated Series" up to "Justice League Unlimited"). The DC cartoons were overseen by a single creative team, so the connections were organic and culminated in story arcs. The Marvel cartoons, though? They all aired simultaneously (rather than in succession like the DC ones) and had different creators, so the most intersection was occasional crossovers.
"X-Men '97" remains laser-focused on the marvelous mutants, but it hasn't been shy about including cameos from other corners of the Marvel Comics setting. Episode 6, "Lifedeath – Part 2" featured Ronan The Accuser (you might remember him as the villain in "Guardians of the Galaxy"). Episode 7, "Bright Eyes," saw Rogue butt heads with Captain America.

Could Invincible be getting more seasons on Prime Video? According to Skybound Republic, an investment/crowdfunding site that allows fans to invest in the label, more episodes of the ultra-violent comic book action series are coming. In a since-deleted portion of the webpage, the site said Invincible Season 3 is in production, while the show had been renewed for Seasons 4 and 5. The webpage promotes a video game set in the Invincible universe, which fans can help fund. The crowdfunded project sits at $442,700 as of this posting, with 14 days to go in the campaign.
A portion of the mission statement for the campaign describes why making a video based on a licensed property causes some problems:
“Most crowdfunded video games are centered around indie games, and retail investors rarely have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of Aaa game publishers. Skybound is developing a highly produced, high-octane blood bath that is anything but indie.

Marvel’s Avengers can be described as many things, but a successful game is not one of them, and the live service structure that Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics went with is one of the culprits. Failing to achieve the same success as the live-action films from the MCU, the game had the potential to improve where the films lacked, but it turned out to be a major disappointment.
Marvel’s Avengers Could Have Utilized Ultron Better Than the MCU
James Spader made his first and last appearance as Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and a version of the character was teased in Marvel’s Avengers.
The game was originally conceived with the idea of constant updates and content support from developers and an overarching story meant to span multiple seasons. Ultron was meant to appear as a villain, and actor Jim Meskimen had already recorded dialogue before the untimely cancellation.
