Hee chul Kwon was born in Seoul, South Korea.
He graduated film school from Chung-Ang University in South Korea. Than to follow Tim Burton's foot steps, he goes to Calarts and got a Masters degree there.
He has assistant director experience for two years before going to America.
He is known for His feature length film Secret Lover (English) and Exist, Not Exist: Zero Tolerance For Silence (Korean).
He is preparing feature length film screenplays and Webtoon (Webite+Cartoon).
