Thomas Cammaert

Thomas Cammaert was nominated for Best Actor at the Dutch Tv Awards ( TV Beelden ) for his starring role of Joop Admiraal in Ramses (2014). The series Ramses won the Prix de l'Europe for best European TV Drama and an International Emmy award.
Thomas also co starred in the film Publieke werken (2015), directed by Joram Lürsen.
He is a two-time Musical Award nominee for his roles in several musical theatre productions.
Thomas graduated from the Academy of Arts in Amsterdam. One of his first stage appearances was as Cleante in Moliere's The Imaginary Invalid. He also starred in Katie Mitchell's The Maids at Toneelgroep Amsterdam . And with theatre company Oostpool, he played the role of Lorenzo in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
On television, Thomas guest starred in Aspe (2004), Vermist (2008), Sams Kerst (2015) and Dag & nacht (2010).
