In his short time living in Los Angeles, New York Native Geo Santini
has made a name for himself as a cutting-edge director, writer, and
performer. After directing his first short film entitled, Partners,
based upon a Broadway play, Geo's unique style of storytelling and
shooting quickly gained the attention of industry insiders-landing him
a spot in the Los Angeles Latino Film Festival as well as a development
deal with Alliance Entertainment. Partners was later developed into
Geo's first feature length film entitled Hotel California, starring
Tyson Beckford, Erik Palladino, Simon Rex, and Tatyana Ali. Hotel
California premiered at the New York Film Festival, sponsored by HBO,
and was later released in 2010 receiving rave reviews. In addition to
his film work, Geo signed a unique deal with Palm-the makers of the
then popular smart phone, the Palm Treo, providing video content for
the phones, a deal that was unheard of at that time.
Geo is presently busy with multiple projects: He is in the process of launching, "Wize Guys"-an online comedic network featuring original, exclusive content and user generated material. Mr. Santini is also in pre-production and development of a feature length version of his short film, October 31, which will premiere at the New York International Film Festival presented by HBO. Finally, Geo is currently in pre-production as the Director of "Neighborhood Watch," a film written by Chad Law.
