Jessica was born to Haitian parents in Boston and grew up in East
Flatbush Brooklyn, NY. There is where she fell in love with the dream.
Ms.
Fontaine (as she likes to go by now by popular demand) earned a B.F.A
at the renowned Howard University's Fine Arts department. At Howard you
are molded into a smart actor and trained for the stage. During these
college years Ms. Fontaine landed roles such as the comedic nurse in
Medea, the party girl, Grace, in The Piano Lesson, and the nut-case
Marjorie in Extremities. Her first acting for film & tv class was
taught by respected actor and Howard University professor, Al Freeman
Jr.
