Since joining "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" at its inception in 2003, Kevin A. Leman II has earned 19 Daytime Emmy® Awards and, most recently, a People's Choice Award for Daytime Talk Show.
In addition to "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Leman serves as the Creator and Executive Producer of the new animated series "Little Ellen" for HBO Max and NBC's #1 game show "Ellen's Game of Games." He also created "The Masked Dancer" parody, which became a primetime spin-off for FOX in 2020. Leman will also return as Executive Producer for Season 2 of NBC's hit holiday special, "Ellen's Greatest Night of Giveaways."
Leman previously executive produced ABC's reality show "Repeat After Me" and served as Writer to Ellen DeGeneres on the critically acclaimed 79th and the 86th Academy Awards.
Leman, along with his fellow "Ellen" executive producers, co-hosts the award-winning behind-the-scenes podcast, "Ellen on the Go." The twice a week podcast gives fans a never-before-seen glimpse into how their TV shows come together from the creative minds that make it all happen.
Leman and the executive producing team oversee Ellen Digital Network (EDN), which encompasses ventures such as ellentube - a short-form video space delivering original, fresh entertainment daily to mobile users globally - as well as Ellen's powerful social media reach. EDN also consists of the innovative mobile app "Game of Games: The Game" and "Heads Up!"
Leman graduated from Ringling School of Art & Design and currently resides in Studio City, CA with his husband, Chris.
