Amos Adetuyi is an award-winning Producer and Executive Producer with 30 years experience in the television and film industry. He recently produced the ground-breaking drama series DIGGSTOWN which aired on CBC and BET+. The series, which aired its fourth season in 2023, was also sold to FOX.
His other notable credits include two internationally awarded TV series, JOZI H (CBC/SABC) and the dramatic serial EKHAYA: A FAMILY CHRONICLE (CBC/SABC) - the first official Canada-South Africa co-production, and 100+ episodes of the Gemini award-winning unscripted series, SKIN DEEP (SLICE/Oxygen). Amos co-produced NORTH/SOUTH (CBC), wrote and produced the feature performance documentary IT AIN'T ALL JAZZ (Bravo!) and executive produced the feature documentary, GANESH, BOY WONDER.
Amos's feature film producing credits include Stella Meghie's critically acclaimed feature comedy debut JEAN OF THE JONESES (Level Films) which premiered at TIFF and SXSW. He is also behind Director X's feature debut ACROSS THE LINE (A71/CBC), Shelly Niro's THE INCREDIBLE 25TH YEAR OF MITZI BEARCLAW, ANGELIQUE'S ISLE (Level Film/CBC), BEAT THE WORLD (Sony Pictures/ Wild Bunch/eOne), and HIGH CHICAGO (eOne). He also produced the CSA nominated documentary, THE IMPOSSIBLE SWIM (Bell Media/TSN), and the psychological thriller, THE BOATHOUSE (MarVista).
His production company Circle Blue Entertainment has an active slate of television and film projects currently in the pipeline, including a four-episode docuseries SOUNDS BLACK (CORUS), the feature film ORAH (CAA/LevelFilm), which premiered at TIFF, and CAFÉ DAUGHTER (CBC/LevelFilm) which premiered at imagineNATIVE.
Amos is a Producers Guild Member, a member of the International Emmy Academy of Television, and the CMP's Diversity Committee.
