David Loftus(I)

David Loftus is best known for his appearances in Grimm (2011), Deep Dark (2015), and Coup de Cinema (2011). He also does commercial video and print modeling work throughout the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Loftus does stage acting, voice-overs, and live readings, both solo and with Willamette Radio Workshop and Filmusik. He has recorded commercial audio books and books for the blind, and is a featured character in the science-fiction podcast series "Exoplanetary," "253 Mathilde," and the upcoming "Beyond Awakening."
Other creative activities have included performance folk dancing (English Morris and Scandinavian), choral music (Vintage Singers and Portland Symphonic Choir), and instrumental music (primarily violin and percussion). Loftus has authored and published four books, and been employed as an in-house editor and proofreader for a book publisher, full-time daily newspaper reporter, and freelance writer and editor. In July 2020 he launched a Patreon site to circulate and promote his own writing and photography.
A native Oregonian, Loftus has also lived in Boston and traveled in Europe, West Africa, Mexico, Japan, and New Zealand as well as across much of the U.S. and Alaska.
