Norman Brenner was the stand in for actor Michael Richards (Kramer) on the TV show Seinfeld. What's interesting is that Brenner can be seen in dozens of episodes of the show as an extra. In fact, the Seinfeld DVD has a "Notes about Nothing" feature called "Where's Norman?" that signals to the viewer every time Brenner appears on screen.
