Wrestling (2004) and Hawaii Five-0 (2010). He has been married to Francie Frane since 2 September 2021. He was previously married to Beth Chapman, Tawny Marie Gillespie, Lyssa Rae Worthington, Anne M. Tegnell and LaFonda Sue Honeycutt.

His daughter, Barbara Katie "B.K." Chapman, was killed in a car accident near her home in Fairbanks, Alaska on May 19th. Duane and Beth gathered up their 2 kids, along with Dog's other 8 children, and decided to have their wedding the day after the accident to celebrate the wedding, and her life. She was just 23 years old.
