Kathryn Gould

Kathryn is an award-winning writer represented by Verve Talent Agency and Kinetic Media Talent Management. She was born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, where her family owned roller skating rinks. In high school, she starred in every play and musical and played four sports a year, then got a degree in English and Psychology from Stanford and a Master's in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois. In 2015 she co-founded Women in Film and Media Colorado and serves as President Emeritus and Advisory Board Liaison. Projects in development as of 2024 included: an animated TV series based on some James Patterson novels with Axis Entertainment (Love, Death and Robots, Scrooge: A Christmas Carol (2022)), two animated family features, one with animation director Alex Orrelle (The Incredibles, Space Jam 2, Klaus), and another with Filmallee Studios in Munich, and an animated series with Snowball Studios (Muppet Babies, Barbie: Dreamtopia). She was one of the writers on the Colorado-based feature film Apartment 212 starring Penelope Mitchell, Kyle Gass and Sally Kirkland.
