Bruce Conklin
- Actor
- Second Unit Director or Assistant Director
- Additional Crew
Bruce Eric Conklin was born August 1, 1967 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to
a large family of five brothers and sisters. He is the second oldest.
Throughout his entire life, Bruce has been an avid Science-Fiction
fanatic. Some of his favorite shows are "Star Trek", "Stargate",
"Stargate Atlantis", "Battlestar Gallactica", and many more. In 1987,
he entered the Air Force and spent two years working as a weapons
specialist for the Air Force. It was in 2005 when Bruce realized that
he aspired to become an actor and he seriously started pursuing his
passion. While always active on the stage for his Church, his career
took an interesting direction in June 2005 when he was cast in a small
role as an infected man in B-Movie director, George Demick's end of the
world Horror/Thriller, "The Shelter" starring B-Movie Goddess Debbie
Rochon. He was back working for Demick one year later in June 2006
for "Horrortica", where he played a man with a foot fetish. After that,
Bruce slipped away for awhile to focus on his writing, as he has
written many short stories and a novel, but as yet to find the right
publisher for his writings.
