Damon Berry is a versatile actor, writer, producer and director.
His acting credits include the feature films "Black Butterflies" and "Starship Troopers Marauder". Damon's television work lists "The Alliance" (Vladimir Gorelov), "Fallen" (Charles), "History of America" (Jacob Riis) and the BBC mini-series "To the Ends of the Earth" (Mr. East). He also performed a lead role in the short comedy film "SA/X", which won the Toronto Best Student Film award in 2005.
His stage performance work includes the classic plays "The Glass Menagerie", "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?", "Amadeus" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
Behind the scenes on television, he also stars as the lovable muppet Neno in the international award-winning educational television series "Takalani Sesame".
He has written and directed four stage plays ("Corpser", "Room 306", "The Doomsday Play" and "Nothing Funny") and one feature film ("The Adventures of Supermama"), two short films ("Engage" and "Sex Drive"), the latter which was nominated as a New York Minute Film Festival finalist in 2007.
He lives and works in Johannesburg, South Africa.
