The Resident will stage a Gilmore Girls reunion on Monday’s episode, when Matt Czuchry’s Conrad treats a patient played by Tanc Sade, who portrayed Life and Death Brigade member Finn in the beloved WB/CW dramedy.

As seen in the exclusive clip above, Sade — who trades his Aussie accent for an American one in the episode — appears as Josh Robinson, a risk-taking adventure guide who comes to Chastain Park after a stampede at a music festival leaves dozens of people injured.

“The Resident” has been quite honest about it’s mission to “pull back the curtain” of the medical industry since before it even premiered — often using that exact expression to describe the Matt Czuchry-led Fox drama’s premise in promo materials.

And it followed through on that promise in its first season, with a finale that saw Dr. Lane Hunter (Melina Kanakaredes) — a well-respected oncologist at Atlanta’s fictional Chastain Park Memorial — arrested for committing insurance fraud by giving both sick and cancer-free patients radical levels of chemotherapy.

Now that the medical drama is entering its second season, showrunner Todd Harthan tells TheWrap the series is ready to turn the defibrillator up to 11 and shock viewers with even more dastardly doctor plot points.

Paging “The Resident”s Dr. Condrad Hawkins, you’ve got an old friend in the house.

“Gilmore Girls” alum — and on-screen Life and Death Brigade member — Tanc Sade is reuniting with his “Gilmore Girls” co-star Matt Czuchry on the latter’s Fox medical drama, a spokesperson for the network tells TheWrap.

Sade played Finn, Logan’s (Czuchry) Yale buddy, on the Amy Sherman-Palladino-created CW series and reprised his role for the 2016 revival. When he stops by Czuchry’s new series for Season 2, he’ll play Josh Robinson, a professional extreme adventure guide whose story takes a highly unexpected turn when he is treated by Condrad at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital.

Sade shared the news on Instagram Tuesday, captioning a pic of him in hair & makeup, “Back on set. This time with #gilmoregirls alumni #mattczuchry for #theresident.

The Resident is bringing Gilmore Girls‘ Life and Death Brigade back together: Tanc Sade will reunite with his Gg co-star Matt Czuchry on the Fox medical drama.

Sade — who played Logan’s Yale pal Finn on the aforementioned CW/Netflix series — will guest-star in a Season 2 episode as Josh Robinson, a professional extreme adventure guide whose story takes a highly unexpected turn when he is treated by Dr. Conrad Hawkins (Czuchry) at Chastain Park Memorial Hospital, TVLine has learned.

Sade first announced his casting via Instagram (see the photo below). The actor’s other TV credits include Deception, Roadies and Matador.

A year minus one week ago, Scott Patterson (Luke Danes) let slip on the Gilmore Girls podcast, "Gilmore Guys," that fans wouldn't be crazy to expect a Gilmore Girls TV show revival, perhaps in the form of a movie. Now we know we're getting four 90 minute offerings in this first run of the revival, and Prophet Patterson thinks there could be even more to come.

There's still no official premiere date for Netflix's upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival, but fans can tide themselves over with lots of photos from the production, both official stills and behind-the-scenes snaps from cast members. And thanks to the magic of social media, we have our first glimpse at the reunited Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Logan (Matt Czuchry) to obsess over and comb for meaning in the months ahead the of revival's debut.

"Matador" is no more. Robert Rodriguez's cable channel El Rey Network has made its first major cancellation, after declining to pick up the spy series "Matador" for a second season.   After premiering in in July, the 13-episode first season aired its final episode in October, according to Deadline. "Matador" starred Gabriel Luna as a DEA agent who goes undercover as a pro soccer player. The series was created by the former writing team of Bob Orci and Alex Kurtzman (the "Transformers" films, "Amazing Spider-Man 2," "Star Trek Into Darkness"). Rodriguez directed the premiere episode. "Matador" also starred Nicky Whelan, Neil Hopkins, Alfred Molina and Tanc Sade. "Ultimately it was a business decision but to be clear, we were very proud of the series on every level-creatively it hit the mark and we are gratified that it celebrated diversity in front of the cameras and behind the scenes," reads a press release from El Rey.

Gabriel Luna and Tanc Sade aren't world class soccer players, they just play them on TV. But that doesn't mean that the actors/futbol fans can't properly predict what will play out on the pitch. Today we have 29 high resolution photos from the upcoming action thriller movie Stolen, directed by Simon West and starring Nicolas Cage.

The film follows a former thief (Cage) who frantically searches for his missing daughter, who has been kidnapped and locked in the trunk of a taxi.

Josh Lucas, Danny Huston, Sami Gayle, Mark Valley, M.C. Gainey, J.D. Evermore, Tanc Sade, Edrick Browne and Malin Akerman are also featured in the movie.
