Lisa Koehler(II)
Lisa Koehler is from a small town in Central Illinois. She has been seen on VH1 Tough Love Co-Ed, Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta, 21 Day Fix Infomercial and Fox 5 Atlanta. She is Mrs. Universe North America 2019 and has been featured in The Atlantan Magazine, BestSelf Atlanta and other media outlets. Lisa was also a Star Ballroom Dancer in Dancing Stars of Atlanta.
Lisa had her daughter at an early age. Living in public housing and on public assistance, she was determined not to stay there long. She has always been one to keep going and to keep trying. From working a newspaper route, before her full-time job and getting her daughter to school....to working full-time and getting her Bachelors Degree through night school. Lisa believes we should always keep learning and growing as part of our life journey.
Lisa has also lost 60 lbs which has led to her passion for having a positive Health Esteem. Today she mentors women to live life courageously. Through overall health & wellness, confidence, pageant and lifestyle coaching.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her daughter, family and friends...including two chow chows and rescue kitty!
