Angela Dixon is an award-winning actor best known for her leading role in Howard Ford's action thriller 'Never Let Go' where she wowed audiences and critics alike with her "Oscar-worthy" "Powerhouse" performance of a single mother battling against the odds to rescue her kidnapped child - Best Actress, Artemis Women In Action Awards in LA.

She has a particular interest in our capacity to re-write the stories in our lives. Whether that be on a micro level - a situation, a conversation, an important relationship or macro - the beliefs that frame our world individually that collectively make up society.
After the success of her first co-writing credit on 'The Lockdown Hauntings' in which she starred alongside horror legend Tony Todd, she is writing a feature film that explores the themes of fear and disconnection.
She is a trained yoga teacher and executive coach which feeds into her work as an actor. She is a visceral, intelligent actor who invests everything she has into her work. In 'Never Let Go' she did all her own stunts and fight scenes in Guerrilla filming conditions. She is passionate about storytelling that evokes emotions and prompts deep thought; her belief is that kindness is a strength and thrives when collaborating creatively.
Angela finished filming 'Drained' in March 2024, where she plays the mother of a young man who is lured into a co-dependant relationship with a beautiful young vampire. Release expected 2025.
