Not many performing artists can look back at a dazzling career debut like that of 17-year-old Jamai Loman, winner of Dutch Idols 2003. Since his smashing victory earlier this year he has grown to become one of Holland's biggest celebrities. The rising star has since then performed in a jam-packed Ahoy stadium no less than nine times and with his now quadruple-platinum single Step Right Up, he topped the charts for weeks on end. As a recent surprise, Jamai can now visit his own wax statue at Madame Tussaud's in Amsterdam.
