Natalie Shugars is an internationally renowned singer, spokesperson, influencer, actress, three-time Maxim Magazine model, multi-media host, and creator of the hit show, N'at Around Town. Natalie comes from humble beginnings. Growing up in a single-wide mobile home in rural Pennsylvania, Natalie lived with a difficult family life. She very soon found herself finding solace in music; her only escape from her less-than-ideal reality.
During her senior year of high school, she endured a vicious attack from a classmate. With a broken jaw and shattered self-esteem, Natalie had no choice but to face her adversity head-on. She took the bull by the horns and created her own path, recovering from her life-threatening injuries and going on tour singing internationally from various countries, cruise lines, The House of Blues to the stages of Las Vegas to Heinz Field Stadium at the young age of 17.
From there she exploded on the scene creating everything we know her for today. Natalie's first studio album Veni Vidi Vici is expected to release this year. The album, translating to "I came, I saw, I conquered," is an intimate portrayal of Natalie's journey in life, reflected through her music. She released several singles in advance of her album along with music videos that she story-boarded, created, and produced.
Natalie has appeared in three issues of Maxim Magazine, and has done various ads for national campaigns including Wal-Greens, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Fisher-Price. Natalie has appeared in radio and television commercials, TV shows, and movies. She's done extensive commercial work for various corporations representing top brands behind and on the stage as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for radio, print, billboards, videos, TV commercials, ad jingles, and social media campaigns.
She held the lead role for a pilot pitch TV series titled Full of Grace for NBC Network. Natalie later founded her own show, Na't Around Town (the name paying homage to her home city of Pittsburgh meaning "And That Around Town.") N'at Around Town is a lifestyle show with an entertainment twist; designed to showcase the cities, Natalie loves focusing on it's people and their personal stories that make them incredible. She is also appearing in the upcoming film, 116 McDougal and sharing her story of perseverance , resilience and the power of positive thinking in VSA's virtual school assemblies.
Natalie has since been inducted as a 'Legendary Local' of her hometown, Latrobe, P.A. along with fellow alumni Fred Rogers and Arnold Palmer. She was invited back to her High School Alumni of Greater Latrobe Senior High School in 2019, and was honored at their annual homecoming pep rally. Her most important role is as a role model in hope to inspire and motivate others from her life and brand motto; "just because you don't come from something, doesn't mean you can't be someone."
