Dina Pino is a Canadian-born Actress and Alumna of the renowned comedic theatre, The Second City Theatre Touring Company in Toronto. For over five years, she worked as a Lead in the National Touring Company, Mainstage Understudy and Lead Roles in Tony & Tina's Wedding.
She may be familiar, having Leads in more than 25 U.S. and Canadian commercials such as Tide, Walmart, Toyota, Rogers, Canadian Tire, Maple Leaf, Casino Rama, CIBC, Co-operators and more.
Dina is a Mother of two and often plays the "Totally Frazzled Mom" as in her Guest Role in 'Fir Crazy' (Hallmark Channel USA) and recurring appearances on 'Odd Squad' (PBS/TVO). Born in Montreal, Canada, Dina attended Riverdale High School where she began specializing in acting. She received a B.A. Television Production from Concordia University where she was an Actor, Creator, Writer, Producer. Two shorts (Co-Creator/Writer/Producer) were Official Selections in the Montreal International Film Festival Student Competition. After completing University, Dina moved to Toronto. While busy with steady acting work, she studied with various acting studios, including The Second City Conservatory Program, the Pro Actor's Lab, and others. She was a selected Ensemble Cast Member of the exclusive Banff Centre's Women in the Director's Chair. Dina continually combines her Acting and Production skills and pitches prize winning TV show concepts; 'The Dessert Club' - Winner of Women In Film & Television development grant, and 'Celine Poutine' - Finalist Innoversity Summit.
