Stephan Bessant

North Wales born Stephan was raised in Chester, England. He graduated from Webber Douglas Academy in London with Honours in 1997. His first TV acting role was in a Mellow Birds coffee ad. He has recently become the 'go to' actor for drag queen roles having appeared as 'Kitty Collins' in the American murder series "How Not to Kill your Husband"; a drag street walker in Idris Elba produced "Guerrilla"; & most recently as guest lead, Drag queen superstar - 'Teena Bizkit' in BBC's "Doctors". He's landed several theatre roles over the years, most notably in Londons West End at The Playhouse in David Woods adaptation of "The BFG" as 'The Fleshlumpeater' & 'BFG Understudy'. On the audio circuit as Julius in the Dr Who audio adventure "The Council of Nicaea" for Big Finish. Stephan's biggest and proudest achievement is recently appearing as Tommy Shelby's Butler 'George' in 3 episodes of "Peaky Blinders S6" (2022)
