Loy Boyter is a screenwriter, director and producer based in Atlanta, Georgia. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Loy began his career in 2021 with his short directorial debut, 'Photographs.'
His second directorial effort, the drama/thriller short "Mementos," was completed later that same year.
In his career, Loy has crafted a diverse skill set, working in all aspects of film production, from writing, directing and producing, to cinematography and editing. His short film debut "Photographs" was selected to appear in many festivals, including the SCAD Savannah Film Festival and the Atlanta Underground Film Festival, the Cobb International Film Festival and the Indie Short Fest.
His next short directorial and writing venture, "The Dock," was completed in 2023.
