Julie Auerbach is the Chief Creative Officer and Founding Partner at Top Dead Center Films, a Genre film company. Top Dead Center Films is a global film company founded in 2019. Top Dead Center Films has completed two features, "Stay Out Of The F'n Attic" and "Josie Jane: Kill The Babysitter." Auerbach is an Executive Producer and Writer on both films. Formerly the CCO of Go Go Luckey Entertainment, Auerbach is known for creating some of the biggest and most influential series to date. With a distinctive cinematic style all her own, she redefined the unscripted genre with her 2004 breakout hit, "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" for MTV and is widely recognized as the creator of the now popular docusoap. Additional successes include A&E's "Paranormal State" and "Fear: Buried Alive", Discovery's "Kidnap and Rescue" along with "The Unexplained" and "Decoded" for History Channel. Prior to Go Go Luckey, Auerbach worked as a one hour scripted TV writer and producer for numerous dramas including "Birds of Prey", "24", "Dark Angel" and "Charmed." Under Auerbach's leadership, Go Go Luckey built a reputation as one of the leading creative houses for fresh, cutting-edge programming with a signature cinematic look and style. With an unprecedented run of successful series launched under her direction, the company was continually sought after by networks and brand marketers looking to connect with hard-to-reach young-adult and millennial audiences. With a passion for telling attention-grabbing stories, Auerbach and her team produced hundreds of hours of hit programming for their clients, which include virtually every major broadcast and cable network. Auerbach is a member of the Writers Guild of America.
