Stephanie K. Ripstein has been working as a talent manager for artists since the year 2000, when she founded her own company: S.K. Ripstein Inc. While she was raised in a highly regarded multi-generational family of artists known for dedicating their lives to different disciplines in the arts, she has earned her own place in this industry thanks to her personal dedication and hard work. On top of her duties as an international manager, in 2018, Stephanie was granted an agent license in the United States and founded Ripstein Talent International Agency soon afterwards.

Her most recent achievement as a manager was signing one of her young actors for the principal role of Cry Macho, the new film starring and directed by the Legendary Hollywood Star, Clint Eastwood.
Stephanie graduated with a degree in "Communication Science" with a specialization in the "Psychology of Communication and Publicity" through one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico. She also completed a Master's Degree in Film from a university in Italy. She has since worked as a businesswoman, journalist, film critic, radio & television host, magazine editor, public relations professional, and publicist for big personalities. One of her crowning achievements was working as John Leguizamo's Publicist on the movie "Sueño" (2005), whom she got to oversee earning the "Life Achievement Award" in the San Francisco Latino Film Festival.
This career path has seen Stephanie take on big opportunities including getting to interview and work with big Hollywood Stars such as: Jennifer López, James Cameron, Luc Besson, Pierce Brosnan, John Travolta, Dwayne Johnson, Pedro Almodóvar, Anthony Hopkins, Mark Wahlberg, Channing Tatum, Eva Mendes, Richard Dreyfuss, Burt Reynolds, and many more.
Stephanie has overseen the organization of red-carpet events and Premieres for different studios in Hollywood including: Warner Bros, Columbia Pictures, 20th Century Fox, The Weinstein Company, Walt Disney Pictures, Buenavista Film, among others. Some of these events include: Pirates of the Caribbean, Sex and the City, The Simpsons Movie, The Devil Wears Prada, Rush Hour (which was one of her biggest events), Matrix, Pulp Fiction, The Crew, Step Up, Coyote Ugly and many more. The high-quality production coupled with the presence of renowned celebrities, turned these events into instant highlights among the film community.
She has been a member of several important organizations within the entertainment industry: NALIP (National Association of Latin Independent Producers), The Florida Media Market (FMM) where she managed PR and Publicity, Top of the Committee of Marketing and Special Events for the IFP (Independent Feature Project South Florida) and the Executive Council of the Latin Film Festival in Miami, where she helped selecting and qualifying Latin movies for the Official Selection.
