In 2022, Lamar Odom moved back to Los Angeles and signed on with Gitoni inc, headed by Gina Rodriguez. In 2023 Lamar created Odom Recovery Group, where he has 16 drug and alcohol treatment facilities in his network. That same year, Lamar also started Odom Senior Care where he offers affordable assisted living for seniors. Lamar helped Bam Margera get into treatment in 2023 and offered treatment to NeNe Leakes son Bryson. Lamar moved his children, Destiny Morales- Odom and his son, Lamar Odom Jr to Los Angeles to live with him and work for Odom Recovery Group in 2023.
