A versatile artist, involved in television, cinema, dubbing, comics, radio, and theatre, Lillo made his debut in the entertainment world in 1991 when he co-founded the rock group "Latte & i Suoi Derivati". Among the various TV shows he participated in, Lillo took on roles and/or contributed to the writing in programs like "Le Iene", "Telenauta '69", "L'Ottavo Nano", "BlaBlaBla", "Stracult", "Parla con me", "The Show Must Go Off", "Cavalli di Battaglia", "Facciamo che io ero", and many others. He also appeared in "Il caso Scafroglia", "Aniene 2", "Lillo No Limit", "Amiche mie", "L'Ispettore Coliandro" and up to "LOL", "LOL2", "LOL XMAS". Lillo is currently working on the second season of "Sono Lillo", an original series created and starring him, directed by Eros Puglielli and produced by Lucky Red in collaboration with Amazon Prime Video.
Lillo has played roles in numerous films, such as "Fascisti su Marte" by C. Guzzanti, "Nessuno mi può giudicare" by M. Bruno, "Colpi di fulmine" by N. Parenti, "Tempo Instabile con Probabili Schiarite" by M. Pontecorvo, "La Grande Bellezza" by P. Sorrentino, "Mi rifaccio vivo" by S. Rubini, "Forever Young" and "Modalità Aereo" by F. Brizzi, and many other comedies. Among his most recent movies are "Il Mostro della Cripta" by D. Misischia, "Una famiglia mostruosa" by V. De Biasi, "Grosso guaio all'Esquilino - La leggenda del Se fu" directed by the duo YouNuts!, and "Gli Addestratori" by Andrea Jublin. In addition to acting, he is also a co-writer for "Natale col Boss" for which he received the "Nino Manfredi" Silver Ribbon Award in 2015. He also co-wrote and starred in "DNA - Decisamente Non Adatti", "Gli Idoli delle Donne" and "Con chi viaggi".
Lillo has written and starred in various theatrical comedies, including "Il Mistero dell'Assassino Misterioso". In 2019, he played the lead role in the musical "School of Rock" by Andrew Lloyd Webber, for which he received the XLVI "International Flaiano Award" for Theatre.
Since 2003, he has been featured on RaiRadio2 with "610-SEIUNOZERO", where he is a co-author alongside Greg. In 2004, he received both the XXXI "International Award Flaiano" for Radio and the "Satire Award".
He has provided voices for several animated films, including "Pets" and "Pets 2" for Illumination, "Ron" for Disney in prominent roles, and most recently "DC League of Super-Pets" by Warner Bros, where he voiced the protagonist Krypto Superdog.
With his rock band "Lillo e i Vagabondi", he recorded the song "Logorroic Rap" and in 2021 he shot the music video with Carolina Crescentini, directed by Marco Pontecorvo, which was awarded at Cinecittà at the XVIII edition of Roma Videoclip - Il Cinema incontra la Musica.
Among his publications are the comics "Normalman" vol.1 and vol.2, which inspired a TV series for children. In 2022, Rizzoli published "Posaman and Friends", a book by Lillo about his universe of superheroes.
