Ron's career in entertainment began in dancing. He worked as a dancer and choreographer for some top Ghanaian artists in 2008. In 2010, after studying film and animation and winning a dance talent show, he began acting. In 2012, he placed first in an acting competition and featured in notable Ghanaian television shows like Xcapades and Home Sweet Home.
Ron continued to progress, and in 2014, he traveled to Nigeria and won the prestigious Next Movie Star reality show, which featured contestants from across Africa. This victory marked the beginning of his journey in Nollywood, where he appeared in TV shows like Shelter Nest and D8.
For almost five years, from 2017 to 2022, Ron took a hiatus from acting. Upon his return to what he calls "the best job in the world," he has acted in critically acclaimed TV shows such as Dede, Madam, and Sidwaya.
