Donovan Monzon-Sanders, (12), Born in New York City to Paraguayan parents. Monzon-Sanders resides in North Arlington, N.J., where he is pursuing his passion for acting.
Monzon-Sanders may be recognized for his on-screen roles in hit television series, including Blue Bloods, Hungry, Desert Shadows, and most recently Tiny Time Travel, a new series of funny and fast-paced live action shorts on PBS Kids, but he is also the voice behind many fan-favorite animated characters.
Donovan Monzon-Sanders is playing the voice of Tico, an adorable Spanish-speaking squirrel who lives in a tree trunk house, in Nickelodeon's all-new Dora series, premiering on Paramount+.
Prior to landing the role of Tico in Dora, Monzon-Sanders became familiar with voiceover acting through his roles in Rise Up, Sing Out, The Nutcracker Starring Elmo & Tango, Katuri, Super Wings and the Emmy-nominated Canticos.
Monzon-Sanders is obsessed with all things music and often spends his free time perfecting his singing skills or practicing the piano and drums. He also loves sports and never says no to shooting hoops on the basketball court with his friends.
