Burcu Uguz

Born 1992 in Ankara, Turkey. She started her education in Tarsus American College and finished in Ankara TED College. She has graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Translation and Interpretation, French-English. She published pieces on literature, art and cinema in print. After working in Yapi Kredi Publications as Publishing Coordinator and Editor, she worked as a Scenarist, Script Consultant and Script Coordinator with the scenario teams of production companies like Netflix and o3 Media. She directed her first short movie, Turkish Gothic: Portrait of a Family (2020).
