Ian Milne, also known as Ian Lorimer Milne was born in Glasgow, Scotland, on December 1, 1949, but spent many of his childhood years in the town of Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland.
He was quite old when he decided to see if he would be any good at acting, after having spent most of his working life in the Travel Industry, and at one time being based at London's Heathrow Airport for the former American Airline, TWA, so he decided to enroll in acting classes at Acting Coach Scotland.
He has a HND in Business Administration with Travel & Tourism.
He has made appearances in BBC River City (TV Series) and Still Game (TV Series).
