Jonathan Collins(XIII)
- Actor
Born and raised in the Midwest as the youngest of three boys, Jonathan learned adaptability at an early age. What started as an early discipline in sports grew in to a lifelong passion and pursuit as a multi-disciplined athlete which led him around the world and eventually to plant roots in Southern California.
It wasn't long before he became well known both as an elite track athlete (decathlon) and a highly sought-after sports and fitness model for dozens of brands in Hollywood, known for his ability to exude intensity and truly perform for the camera. That intensity led him to compete on the first ever international obstacle course show with Netflix (Ultimate Beastmaster) where he took home 1st place for USA and 3rd overall in a lineup of 120 elite athletes from around the world. That show, along with a decade of performing for the camera, ignited a fire for his inner actor to awaken.
Early into his acting training, it was obvious that his adaptability to physical obstacles quickly translated to an ability to navigate the emotional obstacles of character development. As a husband and father of three children, his physical intensity is matched with a more gentle, empathetic emotional layering that comes through in most all of his roles. This unique makeup opened the door to his first lead role in the new series "Dark Divine" where he plays the personified character of "fate", protecting people from death and helping them discover their best course in life.
