Monroe is the author of a book on how to raise money called, "T.R.U.S.T.", where the acronym stands for: Track Record, Return on Investment, Unique Investment Opportunity, Systems & Savvy, and Team.

Monroe spent a year in China teaching English, and studying Chinese (20 hours per week). He has now passed the 4th highest (out of 6) Chinese proficiency tests offered by the Chinese government.
