He subsequently enjoyed tenures at various animation studios, including Fleischer and Paramount before settling at Disney where he remained for 33 years (retiring in 1962), having assumed the role of animation director and supervisor. He was involved with the Disney TV series from 1954 and received much acclaim for his contributions to the True-Life Adventures series.
