After the war he remained true to the theater and only appeared occasionally in movies, so in "Fünf unter Verdacht" (1950), "Die sieben Kleider der Katrin" 19(54) and "Der Würger von Schloss Blackmoor" (1963).

The actor Werner Schott began his film career in the silent movie era where he appeared in movies like Golgatha (1920).

His activity in movies rose noticeable in the 30's and he impersonated numerous support roles.
