Lin Manuel-Miranda’s Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical “Hamilton” is a strong contender for multiple Emmy nominations including for Best Variety Special (Taped) and for performers Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr., Daveed Diggs, Philippa Soo, Jonathan Groff and Christopher Jackson. Filmed over three days at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway including two live performances in 2016, “Hamilton” premiered on July 4, 2020 on Disney + and was a real respite from the lack of live theater due to Covid-19. The acclaimed presentation has already received several honors including the Producers Guild Award, Critics Choice, Costume Designers Guild and Cinema Audio Society.

Matthew Stocke returns to the cast of the five-time Tony nominated hit musical Rock Of Ages tonight, February 7, 2013, at the Helen Hayes Theatre 240 West 44th Street for four weeks. Stocke is stepping in for Paul Schoeffler as Hertz, the German developer looking to renovate the Sunset Strip, while Schoeffler is on leave to play Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha at Houston's Theatre Under The Stars from February 26-March 10. Schoeffler returns to Rock Of Ages on March 11, 2013.

Don Stephenson joins the cast of the five-time Tony nominated hit musical, Rock Of Ages tonight, Monday, August 17, 2009 at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street). Stephenson is stepping in for Paul Schoeffler as "Hertz," the German real estate developer with plans to makeover (and take-over) L.A.'s beloved Sunset Strip. Schoeffler is on leave to play Lawrence in the Walnut Street Theatre's production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels running September 8 - October 25, 2009. He returns to Rock Of Ages Monday, October 26, 2009.

Broadway will see a new pop-scored musical opening tonight, April 7, at Brooks Atkinson Theatre in Manhattan. The musical found acclaim at Off-Broadway's New World Stages and then began previews on Broadway on March 17.

The musical stars Constantine Maroulis, finalist from "American Idol," Amy Spanger (The Wedding Singer) and James Carpinello (Saturday Night Fever). Other stars in the company feature Adam Dannheisser, Mitchell Jarvis, Michele Mais, Lauren Molina, Paul Schoeffler, Wesley Taylor and Ericka Hunter.

The musical is backed by onstage band Arsenal and features Henry Aronson as the director/keyboardist, Joel Hoekstra on lead guitar, Jon Weber as drummer, bassist Winston Roye and David Gibbs on guitar. The show was written by Chris D'Arienzo and is produced by Matthew Weaver, Carl Levin, Jeff Davis, Barry Habib, Scott Prisand and Corner Store Fund I.
