As a teen, he was an extra on the set of Pókfoci (1977). However, he did not want to be in front of the camera, so he sat down next to DOP Elemér Ragályi. The two later worked together in Szerencsés Dániel (1983) and Jakob the Liar (1999).

His son name: Oliver Rudolf.
