He is also a notable comic book writer who has done critically acclaimed work on titles such as "Starman", "JSA", "Hawkman", and the miniseries "The Golden Age" for DC, and his own creation "Leave it to Chance" for Image Comics.
He worked on numerous comic books, including the 90s version of the
classic character, "Starman" for DC Comics. He worked on JSA with
David S. Goyer (the writer of both "Blade" movies), a film writer and
producer.
