Hanneke Riemer

Johanna Elisabeth (Hanneke) Riemer (born in Renkum) is a Dutch actress. After completing her secondary education at the Wageningen Lyceum, she briefly studied English Language and Literature at Utrecht University. Subsequently, she was admitted to the Amsterdam School of Drama, where she graduated in 1985. After having performed at the Theater van het Oosten as Gwendolen in The Importance of Being Earnest, alongside, among others, Annet Nieuwenhuyzen, Porgy Franssen, and Jeroen Willems, she further focused her career on film and television.
Hanneke is known for her role as Mrs. Helderder in the feature film Pluk van de Petteflet (2004) and the television series Mijn Franse tante Gazeuse (1997), where she played the mother of Katootje.
