Owned and ran a dance studio from 1950's to the 1980's. In 1971, after
starting a second dance studio and repertory company in Fullerton, he
launched Angelo's and Vinci's Ristorante so his dancers would have a
place to eat. In 1988, a writer for The Times described his eatery as
"probably the gaudiest restaurant in Orange County, an interior
designer's nightmare, a gawker's paradise, a trattoria gone slightly
amok." The restaurant was rated as having the "top pizza in Orange
County" in 2004. Peck and his wife often allowed the restaurant to be
used for fund-raisers for KABC-TV's Channel 7 Eyewitness News.
