Jeremy grew up loving everything about movies so upon graduating from Emory & Henry College in Virginia he decided to make the trek to Los Angeles, aspiring to be an actor & a filmmaker. With degrees in both Psychology and Economics & Business under his belt, his intention was to approach everything to do with film like a behavioral science. He aimed to fall in behind Howard Hawks, Warren Beatty, & Paul Newman. He was able to get a decent amount of acting work at first and then began working in production at Roger Corman Studios for films like "Alien Avengers" and "Humanoids from the Deep." He worked in post-production for the films "Jingle All the Way,""One Fine Day," & "The Relic" and in various capacities behind the camera for all kinds of projects. He edited and helped shoot weddings and Bar Mitzvahs. He worked as a story editor assistant, associate editor, and 2nd Unit camera operator for shows such as "Sunday Morning Shootout,""The Academy" and "Hey Paula." He worked as a camera operator for commercial casting houses. All the while he was able to maintain getting acting work as well. A short that he produced, directed, and cut called "These Boots are Made for Walken" led him to be the post-production supervisor for an HBO production called "Zane's Sex Chronicles." That job led to working for The Digital Film Company as their Digital Film/Digital Intermediate Producer and Office Manager overseeing all of the digital workflow and as the point of contact for clients for their post-production needs for film, television, music videos & high-end commercials. He worked for their parent company, The Camera House/The Camera Division, for nine years, first as their Rental Manager and then as their Purchasing & Sales Manager. He works for Alternative Rentals Digital Cinema as their General Manager in Atlanta. He continues his work as a writer, director, producer, camera operator, and editor as he's in constant hot pursuit to be the best storyteller he can be through the mediums of film & digital. When he rolls up his ball of wax of experiences he can say they are unique and continuously inform his sensibilities and perspective as an artist.
