- TriviaBritish composer, conductor, arranger and violinist. Levy studied at the London College of Music on a scholarship. He entered the film industry in 1916 and eventually became musical director at Gaumont British and Gainsborough (from 1928 to 1947), supervising all musical output. Leader of the Gaumont British Symphony Orchestra.
