Stephanie Lynn Jones creates content for TV, digital media, and the stage. For Universal Kids network, she consulted on their brand re-launch and created original pre-school music series concepts. With her twin sister Suzanne Y. Jones, she developed series pitches for Sprout, Disney Interactive Studios, Sesame Workshop/HBO, Thirteen/WNET, and others. As a producer for film and television, Stephanie has worked on production teams for director Spike Lee and kids' network Nickelodeon (Daytime Emmy nomination) and developed docuseries for Happy Owl Media. She co-created the family lifestyle segment Brooklyn Love with Jiji Jones showing the "new Brooklyn" from a kid's POV, for the digital TV network BRIC TV. Also a songwriter, Stephanie has co-created songs for legendary music producer Malcolm MacLaren (Charm School) and musicals with composer/poet Janice Lowe ("Lil Budda", Eugene O'Neill National Musical Theatre Conference, National Alliance of Musical Theatre Festival, Dixon Place Festival of New Musicals). She got her start performing with her twin as The Jones Twins creating their critically acclaimed autobiographical musical play "The Jones Twins Do Bebop Muzak" presented at The New York Shakespeare Festival/Public Theatre, Aaron Davis Hall, Dixon Place, and Smithsonian Institute's National African American Museum Project. Stephanie is a graduate of Howard University and NYU Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Music Theatre Writing Program.
