Fred Freed was born on 21 December 1903 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. He was a composer and writer, known for The DuPont Show of the Week (1961), NBC White Paper (1960) and Traumschöne Nacht (1952). He was married to France Chevet. He died on 31 August 1983 in Paris, France.
